We're just getting started — and we need you

Bright Stays is in its founding phase. This is the moment when the people who join matter most — because they'll shape everything that comes after. There's a role here for every kind of person.

Find your role

🏥 Hospital Partners

We're actively seeking Child Life departments willing to pilot our volunteer enrichment program. We bring trained volunteers, structured programming, and zero cost to your team. In return, we ask only for access, feedback, and collaboration.

Ideal for: Child Life specialists, hospital foundations, pediatric unit directors

🙋 Volunteers

College students from any background are welcome — especially those studying healthcare, education, social work, or business. All volunteers receive full training. This is meaningful, flexible service work that fits around your academic schedule.

Ideal for: Babson, BU, Northeastern, Harvard, MIT students

👥 Board Members

We're forming our founding Board of Directors — the small group of people who will help shape Bright Stays' strategy, governance, and fundraising. We especially need people with nonprofit leadership, pediatric healthcare, or fundraising experience.

Ideal for: Nonprofit leaders, healthcare professionals, philanthropists

💛 Donors & Sponsors

Individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors — including pharma and biotech CSR programs — can fund activity kits, volunteer training, and program expansion. Every dollar goes directly toward making hospital stays brighter for a child.

Ideal for: Individuals, foundations, pharma & biotech companies
